Revenue at risk
Revenue at risk: which paying customers are behind a support problem.
Revenue at risk, in support, is the money attached to the customers who are unhappy right now: whether they hold a licence, when it runs out, and what they have paid you.
It is not a churn score or a revenue forecast. Overdesk shows what your billing system says about those customers, not a number a model guessed.
14 days with every Pro feature. No card.
Which findings
Checked where the risk shows first.
After the churn and frustration analyses run, Overdesk looks up the customers in the conversations they cite. By default, both run once a day over the last 3 days.
A conversation that could not be checked is counted on the finding, not left out.
What a finding shows
What these customers hold.
An example, not live output. Customers checked: 12. 9 hold a licence or subscription, 3 expire within 30 days, 2 on a lifetime licence, 1 lapsed. Paid in total: 4860.00 USD.
Who holds a licence
Who holds an active licence, and who has let theirs lapse.
Expiry and lifetime
Whose licence expires within 30 days, and who is on a lifetime licence.
What they paid
What they have paid in total, shown only when every customer’s payments are known in full and in one currency.
Where the facts come from
Read from Freemius, never changed.
The facts come from your Freemius account: each customer’s licences, when they expire, and what they paid. Overdesk looks each customer up by the email address they wrote in from.
Read-only: Overdesk never changes an order, a subscription or a licence.
What stays private
Shown to your team, not sent to the AI.
These facts appear on the finding for your team. They are not sent to the AI, and they are stored without the customer’s email address.
A customer erased on request is never looked up again.
Bug and churn findings and customer context are Pro features. See plans and pricing.
Questions
Is this a churn prediction?
No. These facts are what your billing system says about the customers behind a finding. They are not a score or a forecast.
Is this the same as MRR at risk?
No. It is what those customers hold, whose licence expires within 30 days, and what they have paid in total. It is not a monthly figure.
Does the AI see my billing data?
Not for findings: these facts are shown to your team and not sent to the AI. Drafts are separate: with customer context on, a draft reads the customer’s orders, plan, invoices and licences.
Which findings are checked?
Churn signals and frustration signals, after each run.
What about customers who asked to be erased?
A customer erased on request is never looked up again.
